First, a disclaimer: I do not recommend nor advocate the use of any of the pharmaceutical preparations that are about to be discussed in this article. This information is being supplied for illustrative purposes only. They are part of a program used by one individual, and may not help, but could possibly endanger the health of anyone who attempts to duplicate this program without the supervision of a trained medical professional. Also, it's important to understand that there is no established scientific basis for this drug program. It has never been tested using accepted scientific methods, such as double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized testing. As such, it must be considered "experimental," in the sense that no one can predict the outcome, whether positive or negative, when attempting to use a similar drug regime.
What follows is the precise nutrition and anabolic drug regime used by a professional bodybuilder to get in the best shape of his life. For both ethical and legal reasons, I cannot disclose the name of this man. I can tell you, however, that he placed in the top five in the Mr.Olympia contest the year that he used this regime. The plan was designed by a well-known contest "guru." Such people like to refer to themselves as "preparation coaches." Ostensibly, they design nutrition programs, advise about training for the contest, and probably most critical of all, design personalized anabolic drug programs. In some cases, they supply the drugs themselves to the bodybuilder, while in others a list of drugs is provided, and the bodybuilder must obtain them on his own. For these services, the "coach" gets 10% or more of the prize money that his bodybuilder client wins at the contest. Since the more popular coaches usually have "several dogs in the fight," meaning that they work with several competitors, their chances of making a tidy profit from the results of the contest are quite good. What happens if the bodybuilder places out of the money isn't clear, but I am sure that some alternative payment is assured for the contest prep coach, especially if he supplied the often expensive drug regime.
I know this information is accurate because it was a retrieved personal communication between the coach and his client, the top pro bodybuilder. I didn't retrieve it myself, but it was sent to me by a trusted source. Where he got it is anyone's guess. But it is authentic, of that I am sure. My purpose in writing this is simply to illustrate what goes on behind the scenes in the contest preparation of an elite professional bodybuilder. This seems to be a matter of great curiosity, judging by the many posts I've seen on the Internet that discuss the alleged drug regimes and diets used by the top pros. I won't discuss his training, simply because it was nothing out of the ordinary. He trained in the same . . .
